Terms of Service

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account. Sign in through a supported provider (Google or Apple); we don't offer a separate password-based login. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you submit. By submitting a photo as mission proof, a spot, or an issue report attachment, you give us permission to store and process it to operate the app (including automated review by a cloud vision service, as described in our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

• Don't submit photos that aren't genuinely yours or that misrepresent your location.
• Don't use GPS spoofing, mock locations, or other tools to fake your position.
• Don't use the app in a way that puts you or others at risk while cycling.

We may disqualify sessions or missions, or suspend accounts, that violate these rules — including automated flags for implausible speed or location data.

Cycling is a real-world activity

The app is a gameplay layer over real streets and real traffic. You're solely responsible for riding safely, obeying traffic laws, and using your own judgment. We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app while cycling.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the app's features over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
